Discover Startupizer

Startupizer is advanced, yet simple to use login items (applications or documents) handler. It gives you tools for optimizing the list of items you'd like to see automatically opened when you log in to your Mac OS X user account. You can choose among several conditions which determine whether and when a specific item should be started. Different conditions can be freely combined for each item in the login list. This can dramatically reduce the ammount of time required for your computer to wake up and allow you to be more productive!

Your computer usage may vary - some like to regularly shutdown their computers and some prefer putting them to sleep. Startupizer can adapt to both by giving you options to launch items after logging in to your Mac OS X account, as well as after awaking from sleep. You can combine this with menu bar or regular application setting to make it suit your workflow even better.

Change startup order.

You can easily change the order in which items are executed. Simply drag the items in the main window to desired position; the order of items in the main window defines startup order as well. Combined with strategically placed delays, this gives you control over the placement of menu bar icons.

Launch only what you need.

By assigning startup conditions to items, you can effectively filter the items that should start on particular time on particular day. You can also add additional constraints, such as whether a key on keyboard is pressed or not, whether the computer is running on battery power or it's plugged into A/C and more.

Simulate launch variables.

Startup conditions give you all the control you need, but sometimes they make it difficult to grasp which item will be launched at certain point. With launch simulation, you can specify various parameters while Startupizer evaluates and displays all items that will be launched given the inputs. It even shows which conditions allow or prevent launch!

Take control over your account login.

In order to be able to handle conditional startup, Startupizer moves login items from your account login items list in Mac OS X System Preferences to it's own internal database. After that, it takes over the task of executing them when appropriate. Note that you can restore items to system list at any time!
